COURTROOM UPDATE | CINCINNATI, OHIO
Before today’s proceedings began, the presiding judge stepped down from the bench and came into the gallery, where she personally thanked me for bringing my concerns to the court’s attention yesterday.
She expressed that she wants a fair trial for everyone involved.
I must say, this judge has demonstrated compassion, professionalism, courtesy, and exceptional courtroom demeanor. Her willingness to acknowledge my concerns personally speaks volumes about her approach to those present in her courtroom.
As a member of the press, I believe in giving credit where credit is due. Accountability matters, but so does recognizing professionalism and respect when it is demonstrated.
Fairness, transparency, and respect should always have a place in our courtrooms.
