The lowa Public Information Board (IPIB) has accepted my complaint and opened an investigation into the denial of body camera footage from the January 4 incident at Odd's Bar involving Jaiondrick Lovely. The entities now have two weeks to respond and explain why the footage should or should not be released. On October 15th 2025 the Fifteenth Judicial District Court in Lafayette held a hearing in Dwight Celestine’s case that was not even legal.The case was still under review by the Third Circuit Court of Appeal yet Judge Earles moved forward anyway.
