The people deserve the truth. On October 15th 2025 the Fifteenth Judicial District Court in Lafayette held a hearing in Dwight Celestine’s case that was not even legal.The case was still under review by the Third Circuit Court of Appeal yet Judge Earles moved forward anyway. The subpoenas on file show no such address which means Dwight was never properly served. The motions and sealed exhibit from that day have no written orders in the record and the court reporter has not responded to requests for the official transcript.This is not justice.
