CINCINNATI, OHIO — During expert testimony, Rodney Hinton Jr.‘s defense attorney objected to the specialist’s opinion. The judge initially overruled an objection, allowing the testimony to continue.
However, when the specialist suggested that Rodney attempted to keep Henderson positioned in the middle of the vehicle, the judge sustained an objection.
A sustained objection means the judge agreed with the objection to that particular testimony.
